Can a Newbie Use WordPress Mage?

I get questions from newbies if I think they can do WPMage. I’ve thought about this a lot for several days, because I don’t want to promote anything that will just make you frustrated. Been there, done that, myself.

Hi Amy,
Thanks so much for this. I have been debating if I can weather the learning curve, but think that I can with the knowledge that once I get past the basic learning, the Mage system is automated. Can you provide links to any free WP training you recommend?
